This 8.5 meter sculpture was first presented in the U.S., at the Art Basel Miami Beach show, and it represents a squatting man who rocks side to side on his legs.  ‘Nomad,’ which was placed in a park on Ocean Drive, reflects the attitude of a man contemplating the sea; while his translucent anatomy – formed by stainless steel letters that perhaps try to reproduce his thoughts – may move the observer to enter into the interior of the sculpture, it may also allow the onlooker to remain outside, prowling around its perimeter.
